Im Garden Café sehen wir uns um, was es hier zum Mittagessen gegeben hätte. Wir folgen dem Team von Nickelodeon... (Ich bin hier wirklich verkehrt...I werde alt... aber noch nicht alt genug, um auf die SAGA RUBY zu gehen.)

Vom Garden Café geht es am Bug auch runter zum italienischen Restaurant La Cucina.
From the Garden Café you can get downstairs to La Cucina-Italian Restaurant.Eric Cousins asked me later when we met each other accidentially how I liked La Cucina. I could only tell time that I liked it very much when I was there the first time but also got the impression that it became worse by quality. He explained that we should try it again as the concept was changed as well: more traditional family-style dinner. Allthough all food was complimentary: we could not eat so much. But we will have twelve nights time on NORWEGIAN JADE in January 2011 to try it. There we will give La Cunina (or Mama's or Papa's Italian Kitchen) a new chance: Promised. Maybe Daniela is there again whom we remember very well from our voyage on NORWEGIAN JADE May 2009.
Eric Cousins fragt mich später in einer zufälligen Begegnung, wie ich das La Cucina finde. Ich konnte ihm nur sagen, dass ich es anfangs sehr gut fand, aber auch hier von mal zu mal den Eindruck hatte, dass die Qualität abgenommen hätte. Er erklärt mir, dass wir es nochmals versuchen sollten, weil wohl das Konzept auch hier umgestellt wurde: Es soll mehr auf eine Art italienisches Familienessen umgestellt worden sein. Obwohl alles kostenlos für uns: so viel können wir wirklich nicht essen. Wir werden aber auf der NORWEGIAN JADE im Januar 2011 zwölf Nächte Zeit haben alle Zuzahlrestaurants auszuprobieren. Dort werden wir dem Il Cucina (oder dem Pendent Mama's oder Papa's Italian Kitchen) eine neue Chance geben: Versprochen. Vielleicht ist ja Daniela wieder da, die wir in sehr guter Erinnerung von der NORWEGIAN JADE Mai 2009 hatten.
Für Rollstuhlfahrer erfolgt ein direkter ebenerdiger Zugang über Deck 14.

Irgendwie sind die Steckdosenabckungen nicht so richtig genormt. Entdeckt man aber so auf dem ganzen Schiff.Wir gehen weiter in das japanische Wasabi Restaurant und gucken uns dort herum.

Die Anzahl der Plätze für das Teppanyaki mit einer Zuzahlung von 25,00 USD (so ziemlich die höchste Zuzahlung in einem Zuzahlrestaurant) wurde stark erweitert.
As there was no area on the ship you could make a true round circle around the ship the jogging track was allocated to the promenade-deck. That was the point of (no)-return.
Da es keine einzige Fläche auf dem Schiff gibt, auf der es theoretisch wäre einen echten Parcours rund um das Schiff anzubieten, wird die Jogging-Bahn auf dem Promaden-Deck angesiedelt. Hier ist der Wendepunkt.Ob Jogging hier Spaß macht???
