We went to Rungsted Kyst. North of Copenhagen. Into the Karen Blixen Museum. Who does not know her books or movies like "Babette's Feast"
Wer kennt nicht ihre Bücher oder Filme wie "Babettes Fest"oder "Jenseits von Afrka".
or "Out of Africa".And a café at one of the most beautiful locations in Denmark.
Und einer der am schönsten gelegenen Cafés in Dänemark.
We were waiting for the admission to her living house.
Wir warten eigentlich auf den Einlass in ihr Wohnhaus. But somehow we missed it, so we went to the café to have lunch.
Das hat irgendwie nicht geklappt, so gehen wir lieber zum Mittagessen.
Bruno ist normalerweise ein Holunder-Freund. Das mochte er allerdings nicht. Dafür mochte er lieber meinen Brombeer-Saft.
Normally Bruno is more of friend of elder-juice but he did not like this one. So liked more my blackberry-juice.Of course, we had the Danish open-face sandwiches Smörrebrod. But I found the potatoes a little strange.
Natürlich gab es Smörrebröd. Nur die Kartoffeln fand ich etwas ungewöhnlich.Aber das war nicht schlimm: Ich bleibe klassisch: Ei und Shrimps.
But that was not so bad as I kept it more classical way: egg and shrimps.
Nothing is running with Bruno without his Cappucino.
Ohne Cappucino läuft bei Bruno gar nichts.Dann stottert der Antrieb.
Otherwise his engine would start stuttering.They let us into the living house outside the hourly admission. But we had to clean the floor.
Uns lässt man außerhalb des Stundenrhytmus hinein. Aber dafür müssen wir den Boden saubermachen.So bekommen wir Überzieher für die Schuhe, um den Boden zu polieren...
So we got covers to polish the floor.Taken pictures were prohibited in the building. But I loved so much this flower bouquet that I had to take a picture secretly. By the way, Meryl Streep and Klaus Maria Brandauer visited this place too.
Fotografieren im Haus war verboten. Aber dieser Blumenstrauß hat es mir so angetan, dass ich ihn heimlich fotografieren musste. Auch Meryl Streep und Klaus Maria Brandauer waren schon hier. It was a nice beginning of the day.
Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Anfang.Die anderen Reisen in diesem Blog/
